We are excited to begin another year of Faith Formation with your children! This year we are in-person at both sites, though you still have the option to home school. Faith Formation sessions meet on Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 pm at both St. Gabriel and St. Patrick. We mostly follow the school calendars and meet September through April. We need your assistance in getting your children registered for Faith Formation, even if you plan on home schooling the whole year. These registration forms provide us with the information we need to provide your child/(ren) a comfortable and safe learning environment. As we register, we are again gathering the needed information to provide for the safety and well-being of your children. We try to obtain as much of the needed information during registration time and then supplement it only as needed. This will serve to satisfy the necessary insurance requirements and reduce the times you are requested to supply this information. This also helps us to gather contact information to be sure that we are sending any information to the correct place. We now have online registration, where you can enter all your information in one place, click on the link (http://www.myschoolsystems.com/Archdbq/dbq169) and follow all directions. Faith Formation tuition is $65 for one child or $80 for family. At this time we do not accept online payment, please bring or send your payment to the church office. If you have forgotten your username or password for online registration, or if you prefer to fill out paper forms, please contact Sara.
We will be posting many links, plans, ideas and activities for your home use on this page also. Please check back often as we will try to update and provide new resources!
We are looking for catechists for the 2023-2024 faith formation year.
